Anubha Bhardwaj, Partner
She is Advocate-On-Record, Supreme Court Of India. She is Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2000,
Anubha Bhardwaj has been practising law at the Supreme Court of India and different High Court including NCLT,
NCLAT and other legal Forums for over two decades. With a diverse range of expertise in Civil, Corporate Laws,
Criminal, Constitutional, Administrative, and Service Laws, Anubha has successfully handled various legal
matters.
She currently serves as a Special Public Prosecutor/Nominated Counsel for the Central Bureau of Investigation
in the Delhi High Court, handling the prosecution, appeals, revisions, bails, and other criminal matters.
Additionally, she is also a Counsel for the Enforcement Directorate, representing the department before
appellate tribunals and special courts. Anubha also serves as counsel for the Employees Provident Fund
Organisation and Employees State Insurance Corporation, representing them in critical legal proceedings. In
her extensive career, she has worked in Central Govt. Counsel in the Supreme Court and represented various

K.C. Pandey, Partner
K.C. Pandey is an accomplished lawyer with extensive experience in labour and employment law. He specialises
in labour codes, employment laws, Indian provident fund, pensions, and social security agreements. He brings
expertise to his practice with over 37 years of professional experience.
Before his legal career, K.C. Pandey served as the Additional Central Provident Fund Commissioner with the
Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO), the regulatory body for provident funds in India. He held
various leadership positions within EPFO, including heading the International Workers division, Compliance
& Legal division, and Pension division at the national level. He also served as the head of EPFO offices
in different states, including Maharashtra, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar.
K.C. Pandey represented India in negotiations and discussions on Social Security Agreements with multiple
countries. He has actively participated in international social security seminars and workshops, further
enhancing his expertise in the field.
